Wild shrimp spring rolls 🌿

These rolls are paired with a miso sauce and made with #mealprep ingredients.


You can make this recipe in 4 steps:


▫️Moisten the rice paper rolls

▫️Make the filling

▫️Roll them up

▫️Prepare the sauce



Ingredients (4 rolls)


12 cooked wild shrimp

4 rice papers

1 avocado (sliced)

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup cooked edamame

1 cup lettuce

1 bunch fresh cilantro


Miso sauce


1 tbsp mayo

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp rice vinegar (natural)

1 tsp miso paste

1 tsp ginger juice

1 tsp tamari sauce (gluten-free)
