Stuffed dates with almond butter and chocolate

Yummy, healthy and so simple to make!


Makes 12 dates.

12 Medjool dates

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1/4 cup smooth almond butter

12 whole almonds

Iodized coarse sea salt (pinch)


Melt the chocolate and set aside. Remove the pits from the dates and stuff the inside with almond butter. Add a whole almond on top and dip the date in the chocolate. Let the chocolate cool before serving. Add a pinch of salt and Enjoy!
