This #campingcooking recipe is simple as 1, 2, 3!
2 stalks of rhubarb, cut in diagonal pieces
2 cups of fresh strawberries, cut in halves
1 bunch of fresh mint, chopped
Evoo, balsamic paste and fresh ground pepper to taste.
▫️First, cut the rhubarb in diagonal pieces. Add sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
▫️When ready to serve, add cut strawberries and chopped mint.
▫️Finish with a drizzle of evoo, balsamic paste and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
