Roasted edamame

They work great as a snack or in salads. Just yum 😋


1 cup edamame, thawed and patted dry.

2 tablespoons avocado oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Ground pepper and salt (pinch)


Preheat the oven at 400 F.

In a bowl, add all the ingredients except the edamame. Mix well. Add the edamame and coat evenly. Spread them on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Enjoy!
