Roasted edamame

They work great as a snack or in salads. Just yum 😋⠀⠀⠀⠀

Ingredients ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1 cup edamame, thawed and patted dry.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2 tablespoons avocado oil ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1 teaspoon paprika⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Ground pepper and salt (pinch)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀


Method


Preheat the oven at 400 F.


In a bowl, add all the ingredients except the edamame. Mix well. Add the edamame and coat evenly. Spread them on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Enjoy!
