Pomegranate hibiscus post-workout smoothie 🌺❤️

Diana from Biscotti Diana and I created this yummy and nutritious smoothie - just perfect for valentines day!



An ideal recuperation drink delivers at least 10 g of protein and 30g of carbs per serving. We have three options that respect these criteria ⬇️



Ingredients

For 1 serving.


1/2 cup of pomegranate arils (ideally frozen)

1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt (2% fat)

1/2 cup pure pomegranate juice

2-3 ice cubes

1 tablespoon hibiscus flowers


Directions


Blend all ingredients except hibiscus.

Pour into preferred glass

Garnish with hibiscus flowers and pomegranate arils.


Dairy-free option


Substitute the yogurt with silken tofu (original) and 1/2 scoop vanilla whey isolate


Dairy and soy-free option


Substitute the yogurt with plain coconut yogurt and add 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey isolate.
