This yummy recipe is made with delicious @panierdufermier produce. It’s served with blue corn tortilla chips which have a low glycemic index.


(6 portions)

4 avocados (pitted and mashed)

1/2 red onion (chopped finely)

1 tomato (diced finely)

2 green onions (sliced finely)

3 limes (juice)

Fresh chopped cilantro (1 tablespoon)

1 tablespoon garlic powder

Tabasco (to taste)

Ground pepper & salt (to taste)


Mix all the ingredients. Garnish with extra cilantro and green onions. Enjoy!
