This is a delicious way to cook one of spring’s essential vegetables.
The amazing asparagus are from le Panier du fermier
Makes 2 portions.
1 large bunch of fresh asparagus
3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 clove garlic, freshly grated (optional)
Ground pepper and salt, to taste
Rince the asparagus, pat dry and snap the ends.
Sautée the asparagus for 2 minutes at medium heat with avocado oil. Add all the ingredients and toss well. Cook for another 3 minutes. When serving, add the sesame seeds. Enjoy!
