This delicate and velvety soup is made with fresh @panierdufermier produce. Cumin seeds add flavour and nutrients.
Makes 6 portions.
1 celery stalk (chopped)
2 large potatoes (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
4 garlic cloves (chopped)
Organic chicken stock (6 cups)
Ground pepper & salt (to taste)
Cumin seeds (garnish)
Celery leaves (garnish)
Extra-virgin olive oil (drizzle)
Sautée at medium heat the onions and garlic with extra-virgin olive oil until the onions become translucent. Add the celery, potatoes and stock. Bring to a boil and let simmer uncovered for 30 minutes at low heat.
With a hand mixer, purée the soup until smooth. Garnish with celery leaves, cumin seeds and ground pepper. Enjoy!
