Brussels sprouts, radicchio & pear slaw

This yummy coleslaw is made with fresh @panierdufermier produce. It's loaded with fibre which helps support gut health.


Makes 4 portions.

2 cups Brussels sprouts

1 cup radicchio

1 firm Bartlett pear

4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

4 tablespoons light mayonnaise

Manuka honey to taste (optional)

Ground pepper & salt to taste


Shred the produce finely with a mandoline and set it aside. In a large bowl, whisk the mayonnaise with apple cider vinegar. Add the produce and season to taste. Enjoy!
