This yummy and seasonal salad is made with fresh @panierdufermier produce. It’s a good source of beneficial plant-based compounds.
Makes 4-6 portions.
2 heads of broccoli (cut in florets)
1 small red onion (cut thinly)
1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup roasted unsalted sunflower seeds
6 tablespoons yogurt
4 tablespoons apple cider
2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon Manuka honey
Ground pepper & salt to taste
Mix all the dressing ingredients with the yogurt and set aside. In a large bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and season to taste. Enjoy!
