Vanilla coconut mousse

I’m sharing this decadent mousse for Valentine’s Day❣️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀



The ingredients below are on my grocery list this week. This recipe is quick, nutritious, heart-healthy and so satisfying.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Ingredients ⠀⠀

For 2 portions⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

6 tablespoons coconut flour⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1 1/2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2 chocolate dessert cups (70% cocoa)*⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Cocoa powder (sprinkle)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Fresh raspberries⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Method ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Add the coconut flour to the yogurt. Mix well. Pour the mousse into the chocolate cups. Sprinkle cocoa and decorate with fresh raspberries. Enjoy!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

*you can make the chocolate cups by melting 70% cocoa chocolate and pouring it it silicone cups. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
