Strawberry kale smoothie

This beverage contains the ideal quantity of carbohydrates and protein for post workout nutrition. Yields 1 portion.


1 cup (250 ml) fresh kale 1 cup (250 ml) fresh or frozen strawberries 1⁄2 cup (125 ml) vanilla greek yogurt 1⁄2 cup (125 ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk

A few ice cubes, if desired

Preparation Add all the ingredients in a blender. Mix well and enjoy!
