Spaghetti squash gratin

Yields 8 portions


1 spaghetti squash

1 jar of pasta sauce

2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano


Method

Cut the squash in half

Remove the seeds with a fork

Bake the squash for 45 minutes at 375 F

Scrape the halves with a fork

Add the pasta sauce in a big bowl and mix well with the squash.

Place the mixture in a Pyrex. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F

Broil until golden. Enjoy!
