⭐️The answer is they are all good ⭐️
They contain soluble fiber which is beneficial to heart health. They also help normalize blood sugars and give a feeling of fullness after a meal.
⭐️Steel cut oats are less processed and have a little more fiber. They take at least 15 minutes to cook. So they are superior nutritionally speaking but not as practical.
⭐️Bottom line : choose the unsweetened type that suits you most and add your own toppings. What matters is that you consume oats regularly!
