Salad in jars 🌱

This recipe is made with fresh products from @panierdufermier. It's bursting with flavour and is a good source of vitamin K.


For 2 jars.

1 Romanesco broccoli (steamed)

2 zucchini (in ribbons)

2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup cooked farro

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

4 tablespoons of pesto

4 tablespoons pine nuts

1 lemon (add the juice of 1/2 lemon per jar just before serving)


Layer the ingredients in two large mason jars, starting with the pesto. Next: pine nuts, cheese, farro, broccoli, zucchini and spinach. Serve and add lemon juice. Enjoy!
