Kiwi, banana and spinach smoothie

This smoothie offers the ideal post-workout recuperation blend of carbs and protein.⠀

Ingredients ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Makes 2 portions.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

4 kiwis⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1 frozen banana ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

3/4 cup original almond milk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1/2 cup spinach⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1 tablespoon honey⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Add all the ingredients to a blender. Mix well and enjoy!
