Kiwi, banana and spinach smoothie

This smoothie offers the ideal post-workout recuperation blend of carbs and protein.
Fresh produce is from the Panier du fermier
Makes 2 portions.
1 frozen banana
3/4 cup original almond milk
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Mix well and enjoy!
