Kale 5 ways

Kale is one of the most nutrient-dense foods available.


⭐️chips⭐️ On a baking sheet, drizzle kale with olive oil and add a pinch of salt. Bake at 275 F for about 20 min. Turn kale halfway through. ⠀

⭐️juice⭐️ My fave combo is kale - cucumber - green apple - celery - ginger ⠀⠀

⭐️soup⭐️ Toss kale chopped in your favorite vegetable soup. It’s delicious as is or pureed with a hand mixer.


⭐️salad⭐️ Massage kale with olive oil and salt. A how-to is posted in my IG story.


⭐️pesto⭐️ Blanch a bunch of kale for 1 minute and pat dry. Add leaves to a food processor. Add 1/4 cup walnuts, 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano, a small bunch of fresh basil, 1 garlic clove and finish by adding 1/2 cup of extra-virgin olive oil as you puree the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
