Homemade granola served with pomegranate & blueberries

This recipe showcases fresh and yummy @panierdufermier produce. Homemade granola is so easy to make and a great opportunity to use the best ingredients.


Makes 8 portions.

2 cups old fashioned oats

1 cup sliced almonds

1/4 cup ground flaxseeds

4 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons almond butter

3 tbsp avocado oil

1 tablespoon cinnamon


Preheat the oven at 325F.

Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix all the wet ingredients in a small bowl. Mix everything together and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Let cool and enjoy!
