This post-workout smoothie is made with yummy produce from @panierdufermier. It’s a great source of nourishing #flavonoids. Choose a yogurt that contains a bit of fat to optimize the absorption of turmeric.
Makes 3 portions.
1 banana (sliced)
1 cup pineapple (diced)
1 cup mango (diced)
1 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cup almond milk (original)
3 tablespoons Manuka honey
1 tablespoon freshly grated turmeric
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
3 ice cubes
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Mix well and serve. Enjoy!
