Champagne grapes with goat cheese & mascarpone crostini

This flavourful appetizer is made with sweet and tender champagne grapes from @panierdufermier


Makes 24 pieces

Champagne grapes (1 cluster)

1 ciabatta bread

110 g plain goat cheese

125 ml mascarpone

Honey (drizzle)

Extra-virgin olive oil (drizzle)

Salt (pinch)


Preheat the oven to 400F. Cut the bread thinly in diagonal pieces. Place on a cookie sheet and drizzle evoo on each side. Add a pinch of salt and cook in the oven for approximately 15 minutes. Flip them halfway through and bake until the pieces have golden edges.

Meanwhile, mix the cheese in a bowl. Spread the mixture on the crostini before serving. Top with grapes and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
