Blueberry overnight oats

This recipe should be partly prepared the night before. When the morning comes, you will have this delicious breakfast ready to eat or to bring with you. Yields 1 portion.

Ingredients 125 ml (1⁄2 cup) old fashioned oats 125 ml (1⁄2 cup) plain milk of your choice (1% m.f. cow’s milk, rice, almond or soy)

125 ml (1⁄2 cup) vanilla greek yogurt 0% m.f. 125 ml (1⁄2 cup) frozen blueberries 30 ml (2 tablespoons) chopped pecans 10 ml (2 teaspoons) pure maple syrup

Preparation In a Mason jar, mix the oats with the milk and yogurt. Add the blueberries on top of the mixture. Close with the lid and leave the jar in the fridge overnight. Before eating, add the pecans and maple syrup. Mix well and enjoy!
