Blackberry-peach smoothie

This beverage contains the ideal quantity of carbohydrates and protein for post-workout nutrition. Yields 1 portion.


5 slices of frozen peaches

125 ml of frozen blackberries

15 ml (1 tablespoon) chopped walnuts

60 ml (4 tablespoon) vanilla greek yogurt

250 ml coconut water


Add all the ingredients in a blender. Mix well and enjoy!
