⭐️Turmeric is used widely in South Asian and Middle Eastern cooking. It contains compounds that have anti-inflammatory effects and is a strong antioxidant. To increase its potential benefits, consume with black pepper and a source of fat.

⭐️Cinnamon may lower blood sugar in people with diabetes, but some studies haven’t found a benefit. There’s also not enough studies to prove that cinnamon has potential as an antioxydant, antibiotic and anti-inflammatory but this spice has promise.

⭐️Ginger has possible health benefits including reduction nausea, pain, and inflammation.
